Description
Our Merlot is one of the most versatile wines we grow. It pairs very well with a wide range of food; its velvety finish and rich fruit notes complements a large variety of dishes. Matching well with Savory or sweet, the longer Merlot ages the more chocolatey and meatier it becomes, being very smooth on the palate. We grow in a cooler climate with warm summers so the tannins are generally smoother with a very approachable nature. With medium tannins and black cherry, raspberry plus plum fruit flavours and hints of graphite, cedar, vanilla clove and Mocha, easy tannins and a soft finish.
