Description
When tasting our 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon you will notice a full-bodied red with hints of blackcurrant and black cherry, blackberry and spice. It can be slightly dry with medium to high acidity and tannins, there maybe hints of green bell pepper, tobacco and vanilla. This lovely wine pairs well with rich grilled meats, peppery sauces and dishes with high strong flavours. Our Cab Sav has very unique flavours aromas and a deep red colour, the Cabernet sauvignon we grow here in the Blackwood valley of WA this is an opulent tasting wine with fruity notes.
